Alice Smith and Eisenhower celebrate Día de los Muertos

Our Juntos students, staff, and families celebrated Día de los Muertos today with a variety of hands-on activities! Included were coloring sugar skulls, making marigolds (flor de cempasúchil), creating papel picado, and sharing pan de muerto. Students learned about the significance of the holiday, honoring and remembering loved ones who have passed while also exploring its rich traditions.
