Alice Smith students celebrate Arbor Day

To celebrate Arbor Day, Alice Smith Elementary partnered with the City of Hopkins Forestry Department and Tree Trust, a Minnesota nonprofit dedicated to tree planting! Together, they planted 13 new trees around the school, including oak, spruce, birch, and more. Students had the opportunity to learn how trees help clean our air and water, provide shade and oxygen, and bring joy to our communities!
